Full Steer - $6.25/lbPrices will vary depending on the size of the steer. Prices are based on hot dressed weight from the butcher so you will not get the exact weight in pounds of take home beef, depending on your cuts. Cuts with less fat, as well as de-boned steaks and roasts will take away from the overall take home weight. Kidney fat, bones and organs can be included with bulk orders if you want them. 
 
Custom cuts are available for sides and full steers only. Please contact us for the cut sheet.
